At JerseyCustom, we prioritize transparency in every step of your shopping journey, especially when it comes to shipping. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our shipping policy to keep you well-informed:

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL: To provide you with a clear estimate of your order’s arrival, we break down the process into two crucial phases:

  1. Production Time: The period your order awaits production in the queue.
  2. Shipping Time: From the moment the package is handed over to the delivery company until it reaches your doorstep.

Additionally, if your order involves personalization or adjustments, our designers may take 2-5 days or more to create a complete art file, depending on the complexity.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES: All items at JerseyCustom are made-to-order, ensuring the utmost quality for each unique piece. Processing orders occurs on business days (Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Times), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

Processing Time:

  • Apparel, Mug, Pillow, Blanket, Ornament: 2 – 5 business days
  • Flag, Tote Bag, Canvas, Poster, Tumbler: 3 – 5 business days
  • Graduation Stole, Candle Holder, Picture Frame: 8 – 10 business days

Delivery Time:

  • United States: 5 – 10 business days
  • Canada, Australia & Western Europe: 5 – 12 business days
  • Rest Of The World: 7 – 14 business days

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. The timeframe mentioned above is applicable for U.S. orders with standard shipping methods (all in “business days”).
  2. While most orders are processed within the provided timeframe, individual cases may vary.
  3. Unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with suppliers or delivery companies may lead to slight delays, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  4. During peak seasons or holidays, orders may take longer to ship out.
  5. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processes.

ORDER TRACKING:

  • Once your order is shipped, a Tracking Number will be emailed to you.
  • For U.S. orders, tracking data may take up to 7 days to show after processing.
  • For international orders, tracking data may take up to 10 days to show after processing.

MISSING PACKAGES AND SUPPORT:

  • If your package is missing, contact our Support Team at [email protected] for assistance.
  • For U.S. orders, if not delivered after 30 days with tracking data showing, you can request a refund or reshipment.
  • For international orders, if not delivered after 45 days with tracking data showing, we will replace or refund.

SHIPPING COSTS AND CUSTOMS:

  • Shipping costs are calculated during Secure Checkout.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and charges.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: Ensure accurate information at checkout, as we are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or missing delivery information.
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels if redirected by the final mile carrier after leaving our warehouse.
