DO-IT-RIGHT GUARANTEE: Our guarantee ensures a quick and easy resolution:
- If your order contains items materially different from your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce or issue a full or partial refund based on your preference.
- If, for any reason, we are unable to reprint or embroider the pieces correctly, we will refund you accordingly within 1-2 days after receiving the item(s).
- For orders with DHL Shipping, we fully refund your postage when you choose to return or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS: As personalized items are crafted uniquely for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, please email us with your order number and reason. Once in production, cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
Refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and discounts on personalized items (except in the case of an incorrect shipment). After processing your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7-10 business days from this date for the funds to be available in your account, with an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement.
